Welcome to the Rio Grande Valley Baptist Association, one of the ripest mission fields in our nation. We are an association of 152 churches in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, propagating the Good News of Jesus Christ and empowering believers in our local communities.

 

We invite you to connect with a vibrant network of committed churches in the work of sharing our faith in Jesus Christ. For almost 100 years our witness has remained a vital force in South Texas, and Northern Mexico and across the world.           INFO: Please pray for Idaho, also Iglesia Bautista Agua Viva in Boise and Farmway Village Housing Complex in Caldwell, Idaho. Background information: Boise and the surrounding area is home to approximately 80,000 Hispanics. Yet, there are only three Hispanic Baptist churches. The largest of these is Iglesia Bautista Agua Viva where Daniel Ozuna is pastor. Pastor Daniel and his wife Brigette left the Rio Grande Valley over 40 years ago to serve the Lord in Idaho.
